OPEN POSITIONS
On-site Supervisor
This role is most impactful when leading by example. You will be responsible for hiring and training new employees. Team building skills to follow (SOP) Standard Operating Procedures and time management skills are required. At least 3-5 years of previous verifiable managerial experience is a must. Additonally, you will manage the profit and loss statement to meet the designed budget.
Order Selector
In this role safely utilizing warehouse equipment and scanning devices is key. You will locate product using warehouse technology such as VoCollect, RF Scanner and other devices. In addition, order selectors retrieve orders according to quantity, size, build and wrap pallets before loading and will need to pick 160 cases per hour.
Warehouse Associate/Unloader
This position requires pre-shift checks of equipment. The associate will unload, load, move, stock and stage products and materials. Additionally, you will wrap pallets and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Sanitation Associate
You will be responsible for providing a safe and clean work environment. Key responsibilities in this role are sweeping the dock, emptying garbage cans, cleaning spills, moving & lifting pallets and other tasks as assigned.
Customer Service Representative
You will be operating a tablet for checking drivers in & out, entering data associated with each load and collecting payment. The CSR will provide excellent customer service handling in bound drivers bill of ladings. Lastly, performing audits of data collection to ensure integrity will be a key part of your success on our team.
Forklift Operator
The operator will unload pallets and handle hi-rise put-aways while using the stand-up forklift. Responsibilities will include loading, unloading, moving and stocking. Lastly, you will breakdown and restack product from pallets and wrap pallets.

Results are shared with the goal of educating and preventing repeat injuries. Furthermore, daily, weekly and monthly awareness is augmented with safety alerts, recognition, rewards, and safety compliance audits.
